In Summer 2027, tens of thousands from all over the world will gather in Poland for the 26 World Scout Jamboree. We’re so proud that thousands of UK young people aged 14 to 17 and their leaders will be there, we’ll call ourselves Unit 42 & Unit 43 part of the UK Contingent.

A once-in-a-lifetime international adventure, bringing together tens of thousands of Scouts from around the world. It’s an incredible opportunity for young people to grow in confidence, make global friendships, and experience new cultures.

HERTFORDSHIRE SCOUTS SELECTION WEEKEND:

 

We have a selection weekend on 3 - 5 October 2025 and we’d really appreciate your help in spreading the word to eligible young people in Hertfordshire. Those born between 30 July 2009 and 30 July 2013 are invited to apply. If selected, they’ll become part of a local Hertfordshire Unit and take part in training, fundraising, and team-building activities in the lead-up to the event.​

The weekend will cost £30 per young person.
